
"Cycle Remix” is a combination of Indoor Cycling, Weights,
Resistance Bands, Body Bars and Core work all in a one 45-minute training session. Today, Coach Nelson’s passion includes his Body-Weight Boot Camp and teaching Indoor Cycling fitness classes.
Coach Nelson’s focus is on innovative training, concentrating on transforming the mind, body and spirit with prayer, fasting and exercise. He has developed a signature training technique, "The Remix Method", which combines functional and traditional methods of working the body. His personal training methods have evolved to include a unique combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and the CORE.
